You simply cannot perform all Airbnb management tasks on your own. Task Management helps you organize your workflow by assigning specific tasks to members of your team.

Airbnb Task Management Dashboard
In one dashboard you can now view the entire list of all tasks current, past, and future. This list of tasks can be filtered based on listing, account, team member, priority, specific time period, and status (open, completed, priority).
With a few simple actions, you can assign a Single Task or an Auto-Task to any of your team members specifying dates/times, priority, the duration for completion, title, and description. The team member would receive a push notification and an email advising them about a new task assignment. After the task has been completed, the team member can close it with a simple swipe on their mobile app. The manager can then reopen the same task if needed or re-assign it to other team members.
