Based on reviews you can quickly understand the effectiveness of your team and their performance in different areas of your Airbnb business: guest communication, customer satisfaction, response rate, cleanliness level, etc.
Airbnb Reviews Metrics
Hosty’s Review Management Tool allows you to organize all incoming and outgoing reviews in a single dashboard. You will now be able to view detailed metrics of your performance for the entire rental portfolio with a breakdown by accuracy, location, communication, check-in, and value. In addition, you can see percentage breakdown for 5-star, 4-star, 3-star, 2-star, and 1-star reviews. If your goal is to achieve a Superhost status, remember that you need to get a rating of at least 80% of 5-star reviews.
You can reply to public reviews and leave reviews for your guests manually or by setting up an Auto-Review feature. At any time you can easily switch between Auto and Manual Review modes for any chosen reservation.
