Presently Hosty’s Report Management tool has three basic reports: Revenue, Utilization, and Booking. New reports are coming soon.

Airbnb Revenue Report

Under Revenue Report you are able to see the earnings of your listings based on daily or monthly statistics with average nightly revenue and average nightly rate. If you have set-up a commission percentage under Account’s settings, you will also see a separate graph for your commission.

Airbnb Utilization Report

Under Utilization Report, you can see the dollar value of your potential and missed revenue as well as the utilization percentage based on daily or monthly performance.  

Airbnb Booking Report

Booking Report will allow you to see statistics of total confirmed and canceled bookings by day or by month as well as the average number of nights booked, average number of guests staying with you, and average amount of payout per booking. 

Smart Filters

Smart Filters help you analyze data from different angles and allow you to view the performance of your portfolio by Airbnb listings, accounts, or managers.
